inbound logs not inserted into export call report

Hello,
We have installed vicidial 2.12 version from scratch. We configured inbound setup for handling incoming calls.
When any customer call on any DID number and its routed to ingroup and welcome message played. If all agents are busy and there is queue message. If customer disconnected the call. Its reflected in
export call report with customer number details with DROP status.
Its working fine.
But bellow is the issue, which we are facing.
Any customer call on DID number and its routed to ingroup. In group set with the welcome message. During the welcome message any customer disconnected the call.
Its not reflected into export call report.
Can you help us to fetch this type of data from report section.
