Hi, I need some help regarding vicidial real time screen show carrier status. I can see CHANUNAVAIL, CANCEL and CONGESTION periodical. But how can I get or download those numbers which are being showing over there like how many going to CHANUNAVAIL or CANCEL status ? not getting anything report section.attached is the image.

Server type- Virtual Server (Vmware Esxi)

Report --> Admin Utilities (link at the bottom) --> Carrier Log Report or Hangup Cause Report

There is also a "DOWNLOAD" link in these reports

I don't understand what you mean exactly and what do you need? My downloaded file is a csv (Comma-separated values), which I opened with Excel and all hangup causes and sip codes are right there.

this is the downloaded file format for me:

UNIQUE ID| CALL DATE| SERVER IP |LEAD ID |HANGUP CAUSE |DIAL STATUS |CHANNEL |DIAL TIME |ANSWERED TIME |SIP CODE |SIP HANGUP REASON |PHONE NUMBER
