Same Call Connecting with Multiple Agents.

From last few days we are observing that few incoming calls are connecting with different agents; i pull logs from vicidial_closer_log table that indicates that calls were connected to different agents, please advise how to troubleshoot and fix this issues.

I am using following AGI(agi-DID_route.agi) in context to route calls on DIDs.

DID Route: IN_GROUP
In-Group Call Handle Method: CIDLOOKUP
In-Group Agent Search Method LB

IN Group Parameters
Next Agent Call inbound_group_rank
Queue Priority 99 Higher

This is not "the same call". This shows three different calls (using the same CallerID). But these are in no way related to each other as far as Vicidial is concerned.

I have double checked with my SIP carrier and only 1 call is reflecting in their CDRs
