VDCL and List ID on Export Call Reports

Campaign: Blended / Manual Dial Outbound
I have an inquiry on VDCL and List ID's
We listed 2 LIST ID's, list id 500 for inbound and 501 for outbound.
We placed the list id 500 on the call menu as it goes to an inbound group when you press wither 1,2,3 or 4,
and placed list id 501 on the Campaign Detail under Manual Dial List.
Upon checking the Export Call Reports, we are seeing that there are manual outbound calls with list id of 500 instead of 501. (confused in this point if we did a right implementation).
Also we are seeing vendor_lead_code and VDCL on an outbound dial of an agent.
Is VDCL possible in an outbound campaign? and did we do a right implementation of List ID? separating List ID for campaign manual dial list and call menu as it goes to inbound group.
