Hello. I'm interested in recruiting a few users (admin/IT/etc.) of Vicidial. I've built a reporting module that improves management of call floors and dialer metrics.

Did you get any takers? Have you looked at QueueMetrics? There was also an open source alternative to QM whose name I forget.
