Hi All,
We are using Vicidial version 2.14b0.5. We are managing 700 agents on our server. Everything is going perfectly fine until yesterday we observed some issue that on our realtime_report.php total numbers of answered calls are showing count greater than actual answered call. We verified from recording files and call_log table. The problem did not stop here. Usually total answered call count is reset on everyday starting from 0 and so on. But instead of resetting the count it adds the answered call from yesterday + answered call today and so on.
Can someone guide me how can I get the query that displays the record ?? Why count of answered call is not reset on every day ??

Don't know if my reply will answer your question but I hope it does..
The problem you are facing might be because of Timezone Issues. It might be a possibility that the server timezone and the user timezone are different.
Try to run /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl manually from CLI
