I want to set customer caller id while transferring call to other TFN number in survey campaign . Please help

What kind of transfer exactly?
Does your carrier allow for random Caller ID assignment on your outbound calls?

Sorry for late reply.. Yes my carrier allow me for random callerid.
Survey call when customer press 1 call is getting transferred to another pbx system but i want that callerid should be same as customer callerid when my system about to transfer call to another pbx system

You have to have the campaign drop to a CALLMENU, then use the "cm_cid_change.agi" script to alter the CallerIDnumber to the "CUSTOMER" before sending the call along to it's destination.
