Not getting finish and disposition of call page on agc panel

Hello,

We configure vicibox setup with cluster setup with GUI version 2.14-677a and asterisk version 11.25.3-vici . We configure 1 DB server, 1 web server and 2 asterisk server.

i.e : There are two asterisk server. Asterisk server A and asterisk server B. PRI line connected on asterisk server A.

When agent login on agent panel with SIP id(phone login) of asterisk server A. Any calls connected to agent panel and call disconnected by customer. Agent get the page for finish and disposition of call on agent panel.
When agent login on agent panel with SIP id(phone login) of asterisk server B. Any calls connected to agent panel and call disconnected by customer. Agent didn't get the page for finish and disposition of call on agent panel.

How can we accomplish it. Can you help us on it.

I havent used PRI’s but someone will help you soon, be patient. This isn’t a paid support site, it’s all volunteers who have full time jobs that they do get paid for. That said, your PRI is connected to Asterisk A. Asterisk A is working but Asterisk B is not. Right? Is Asterisk B supposed to get phone lines from the PRI connected to Asterisk A? Is this configured by VICIdial automatically or did you configure it to do that? If you give a few more details the guys will help you faster.

For example, what installer did you use? Vicibox? Which version? What are your hardware specs? Is this a new install? Has this configuration worked before? Or are you trying to get it working for the first time?

Thanks for reply. Below is the comments for said points.

Asterisk A is working but Asterisk B is not. Right? . Yes..
Is Asterisk B supposed to get phone lines from the PRI connected to Asterisk A?. Yes ..
Is this configured by VICIdial automatically or did you configure it to do that?.. Yes ..

We configure system with vicibox installation with latest version. This is new installation.
are you trying to get it working for the first time? : yes..

How can we accomplish it. Can you help us on it.


1) You posted only the vicidial version without the build. Always include the Build with your Vicidial Version. It' a requirement for posting for the FREE help on this site.

2) You did not include your installation method with version. This is not a requirement, but often helps with troubleshooting. The .iso image name or (if Vicibox ...) "Vicibox X.X.X" showing the major and minor release numbers.

3) Your description of "PRI line" is a little vague. If this is an audio PBX card, you should list the model number so those with direct experience may be able to help.

4) Normal configuration of a Vicidial server does not push the agent to the Dispo screen until the Agent pushes "Hang Up Customer". Your situation description implies that the client hanging up bounces the agent to the dispo screen on one server but not the other. Please try to describe it with a bit more detail so we can get you Fixed. 8-)

5) Verify: ALL servers have the same version of Vicidial (not Vicibox, the installer, not just installed at the same time, but actually have the same version of Vicidial installed on each server! this is linux, shit happens! lol).

6) Verify: In your description, both agents were using the same web server? On the same campaign? Same user and phone settings? No changes to the campaign between the calls?
