May I ask if vicidial is capable of handling multi-tenant contact center? We're planning to use vicidial handling different clients. If viciDial is a multi-tenant app, how will be the setup of this?

Configuration items can be separated by admin/user groups to achieve tenant separation however it may not mean exactly multi-tenant.
