Customer Time on Agent screen is wrong

Hi,
I am having issue on agent screen, it shows wrong customer time on agent screen, system time shows correct, but when call get connected, auto dialer or manual dial or incoming call, all call shows wrong customer time.
How we can adjust customer time? in auto dial as well as in manaul and incoming call.
I have set my server and system time time to 4 as per UAE time zone.
