i'm just wondering if an SQL learning (either MySQL or MSSQL) is a requirement to manage or handle Vicidial?

my background with SQL is not so robust or from level 1 - 10, i'm 1 lol

however, what i've done with vicidial are changing leads filter, change the speed level, kicking a user, change user names, and monitoring ..

anytime soon, i'll be trained about recordings and loading of leads though i've studied in advance through self-study

so in this aspects, i see no need of SQL learning or am i that wrong??

it's just that i'm a little bit pessimistic since i want to install Asterisk on my own

1) MySQL (aka: MariaDB) learning is not required. Basics can be useful (especially repairing tables when they crash)

2) Installing asterisk on your own is roughly the same as saying "i want to build my own engine so I can better understand my car". Completely unnecessary. Would be way cool, of course, but in no way necessary.
