Hi ,

I have installed vicidial VERSION: 2.13-576a and BUILD: 161126-2138 , its working fine inbound process . But the problem is when agent logged in more than 45 and concurrent calls reaching more than 50 , I faced the time synchronization error . After that I restart the asterisk and dahdi services , agent can login without an issue .I checked the log its shows “Failed to create timerfd timer: Too many open files” error .

But I configured Ulimit is 65000 .

Build : 161126-2138
Asterisk : 11.25.3
Libpri : 1.4.12
Dahdi : 2.10.2
PHP : PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.26
MySql : mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.61

Server Platform : Single Processor Dedicated Server
Processor : Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2630, v3 20M Cache, 2.40 GHz, Octo Core QTY: 1
OS : Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Drive Selection, Set 2: HP 600GB 12G SAS

How can I resolve “time synchronization error” , Please help on this .

Since you did not install from a standard vicibox .iso installer, a link to the instructions you used to install your system *should* accompany each of your posts (just like the Vicidial version with build). Especially in a situation like this where it's very likely your installation method is relevant to the issue.

For curiosity (often helpful to understand your situation): WHY did you not use the Vicibox.com .iso installer?

That being said: It's fairly normal for a server to have a 25-agent maximum physical capacity.

Also, have you verified your ulimit was successful? Have you tried ulimit -n?
