Connection timed out with yourmail.co.uk

Two likely scenarios:

1) Your ISP is blocking port 25. This is fairly common. Those ISPs require you to relay all outgoing mail through their servers so they can control the flow and cut you off if you are spamming.

2) That mail destination does not like you and refuses to connect. Test by sending to another recipient (or several) at other domains.

Solution: Relay through gmail or some other service. Most of these relays will allow you to use a port other than 25 (gets you past the ISP block) and all will require you to authenticate during the send. This is a Postfix configuration solution and there are hundreds of helper sites/videos out there to assist with setting this up. Not simple, very technical, but fairly quick.

Also consider configuring the Vicidial server to use an email address on your domain during outbound email and configure the domain's SPF record to allow sending from that server.
