Hello,

I am planning to setup a vicibox cluster. I have almost 90 agents over 4 different campaign with ratio dialing though ILL. I have 4 node server ( Dell C6100) with adequate RAM. Can any one suggest me how many asterisk server and how many web server will be required ? any combined server like DB+web and asterisk are enough ? kindly suggest for best performance.

The Vicidial Manager's Manual has scaling suggestions as a preface. Agent count is interesting, but system capacity is "live-call" based. 90 agents could have 80 live calls (manual or 1:1 dialing) or 9000 live calls (robodialing with a press 1 campaign) or anywhere in between. Thus your best bet is to start with the recommended "25 agents per server" and then scale up as needed, based on the server roles suggested in the Manual. Server capacity really is personal. Every call center has their own patterns of usage and configuration options which have a huge (personalized) effect on server/cluster capacity.
