Hey,

PLEASE HELP.

I installed vicibox 9.0.0. yesterday but i am facing issue while downloading EXPORT CALL REPORT. Only list name, list description and status are shown and also in different columns.

I have reinstalled the server but still the issue remained same.
Steps taken to resolve:
1. Re installation
2. Database repair
3. Another campaign creation
4. Tried different users.

But all failed.

I was able to replicate and have fixed the problem in svn/trunk. Just upgrade to the latest svn/trunk and it should work properly.

I upgraded the SVN and report issue was solved but i can see one more thing. Dial-able leads and hopper leads are not shown. Please check the in the image below.
Leads are shown zero and numbers are not being dialed. With this manual dial and skip method is picking up numbers and dialing but RATIO method is not working.

I was not able to replicate those two issues on my dev system, but we did go through the admin and real-time report code and make some changes yesterday, so try upgrading to svn/trunk and see if that fixes it for you.
