Ingroup After Call Survey

Hi Vicidial,

Using:
VERSION: 2.14-729a
BUILD: 191114-0923
Centos 8 Multi Cluster
2 Web Using PHP7.3
2 Database
2 Asterisk (Centos 7)

How do we use the After Call Survey found at the bottom of the Ingroup?

We already enabled this to the Ingroup and added the wav files. But after the agent hangup the call, the survey is not playing.

We checked the asterisk logs and it is not calling the wav file.

Please remember to include your installation method (link to instructions if not Goautodial, version if it is goautodial).

Please post all the settings for "After Call" options in the Ingroup. They all matter.
