Can anyone recommend a CRM platform specific for health insurance agency able to manage robust commissions integration

SugarCRM (Community Edition is missing Teams module, license requires logo visibility)
vTigerCRM (No license limitations. No missing modules. But no commercial code management so there are bugs that pop up).

Integration is available for each of them, they have excellent APIs (and readily accessible mysql dbs for unlimited integration)

I would ask for a specific list of features and functions that you expect the CRM to have before just recommending a generic CRM for the job.
