Survey Camp Transfer Caller id issue for Ingroup/Extension

Hi Team,

Please help as i am facing issue of callerid while doing Transfer in Survey Camp as it is not showing caller id no its showing other id example:V20613150300000004.
I have tried transfer Survey camp with outgoing call to ingroup / extension also set 3-Way Call Outbound CallerID: to CUSTOMER.
But still its not working.
So help me to solve the issue.

For the DID or Call Menu that is sending the call to the In-Group, make sure the "In-Group Handle Method" is set to CLOSER
