Hi everybody, Now, I'm setting up feature "Email handling". In Menu, Admin ->Email Accounts -> Add A New Account, This option "Default List ID", I fill out like in manager manual (Email_100), even tried a number like 100 or 101 etc.(this if id of list). But, this appear:

"ACCOUNT NOT INSERTED
The data you submitted has the following errors:
- Default list ID is invalid or null"

Can you help me, what I'll fill it

I have tested this and cannot replicate your issue. Does list 100 exist on your system?

So my scenario is quite different, I have created successfully SMTP in postfix(voicemail to email), and for inbound I try to add the same email for incoming from web in email accounts, each time i get when to submit "There was an unknown error when attempting to update account xxxx". I am using vici 9.0.2, version is 2.14b0.5. I didn't find much in forum on this topic. Is there anything to configure from back end POP3/IMAP. Or I can do from front end and what is the procedure?
