Hi Team,

This is my Installation details

Vicidial Version : 2.13-576a
Build : 161126-2138
Asterisk : 11.25.3
Libpri : 1.4.12
Dahdi : 2.10.2
PHP : PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.26
MySql : mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.61

Server Platform : Single Processor Dedicated Server
Processor : Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2630, v3 20M Cache, 2.40 GHz, Octo Core QTY: 1
OS : Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Drive Selection, Set 2: HP 600GB 12G SAS

I configured Zoiper webphone in this server and its working fine . When i logged in one agent into vicidial , conference call establish into zoiper web phone . After 2 to 3 min conference call disconnected . Again i need to click the "Call Agent Webphone" link .

How can i resolve this issue , Please help me on this.

You need a license for the phone or it will do that. Not sure if you are able to do so but I would recommend using the newest version of VICIDIAL and use the WebRTC phone. Its a royal pain in the butt to setup but once its setup its rock solid.

Why don't you use softphone instead of webphone?

Hi ,

This is simple way to login vicidial , No need to separately register the SIP account . During login time we will enter account details , it automatically register and establish the conference bridge .
