vicidial.org

I want my agents to be able to transfer calls to the closers, where as my closers will only use the sip phone rather than login into the vicidial through a closer group, plz advise how to achieve that

that isnt something so easily explained, theres multiple steps for it but ill tell u what, ill make a quick video rather than try to text it

no my friend it did not work ,,, all i want is, that my agent to be able to transfer their calls to a sip extension , say suppose they will transfer the call to sip 2030.... and the person using sip extension 2030 will receive the call in the SIP phone.... the person using 2030 will not log into the dialer to receive calls...he will just use sip phone.. plz help

You don't want the closer to receive all the customer info when transferred? I'll try that out tonight the easy you want and see if it works different..

no.... i just dont want my closer to log into the vicidial and take the transferred calls.... all i want it, my closers will use SIP phone with extension,,, and they dont have to log into the vicidial.... so once an agent transfers a call, they agent should transfer the call directly to the sip extensions the closers are using,, and then the closer will receive the call directly in the sip extension

it depends what u turned on during the install.pl setup. on average anywhere from 5 to 9

ok youre missing some very important ones. the send and listen which are based off the manager.conf file which you may have some errors in if its not loading.
