Anyone who runs a dialer in the middle east is no doubt experiencing audio issues due to some changes the PTA has made that resulted in ISP's blocking RTP after like 10 seconds. Distortion is the major problem with it. Has anyone been able to find an answer or workaround for this problem?
I have tried webrtc and attempted TLS but to no avail. Any ideas?

Haven't heard of this specific issue, but we've seen clients with network carrier filtering issues like that move to using VPNs to hide their traffic.
Is this on the agent phone side or the carrier call side?
If it's the agent phone side, then you could try IAX phones, since they don't use separate RTP streams.
