im going to assume you mean when they are logged into a campaign as an agent. here are few ways you could do it:
part 1: record the calls - go to the campaign > detail view > scroll down to campaign recording and choose "all force". here's a link how to do that part with pictures if you need:
https://cyburityllc.com/?p=1309the second part is a timed action that you can accomplish using the drop to 1. extension(then setup the extension with the recording you want the caller to hear by choosing a voicemail on it),
2. call menu(and setup a better tracking and options to the caller on it) or
3. to one of the preset options within the detail view of the campaign and
