The software is free no matter how many calls you place or how many agents you have log into it. But you will need a SIP carrier to place the phone calls through, and I don't know of any free SIP carriers at this point. So there will be your telco costs at the very least.

Basically what Matt said + the cost of running the server(s) be that a ViCiDial cluster or a laptop or whatever box it may be.

ViCiDial is comprised of software + hardware + telephony. The last 2 will cost money to setup and use. You can get extras from Matt like help with hosting (hardware and telephony) and things like ViCiDial manual but yeah they come at a price.

But thanks to Matt's project, it's probably one of the cheapest ways to run a call centre operation. Cheers for that Matt!
