Hello, recently I have been faced with a strange situation in the functioning of my Vicidial, most of the calls made in all campaigns go to an automatic recording of someone always saying the same thing "hello, hello" being that if I call on corresponding number the number is correct and in manual call it goes correctly to the customer's phone, has anyone come across something like this ?? any suggestions to resolve this situation?

usually thats a carrier issue
