Hi All,
We've been running vicidial for years and everything has (for most of the time) been smooth sailing.
We've recently moved from a provider who was giving us 2 trunks per line to a new provider with essentially unlimited trunks.
However.......we've noticed that beyond 2 concurrent calls, calls start failing.....as in NO ANSWER.
We're running ASTPP between ourselvers and the softswitch and even ASTPP isn't showing the NO ANSWER calls.
Logs below.
Any ideas????
