Hello, perform an installation in Centos with the help of this guide http://viciwiki.com/index.php/CentOS_Scratch_Install I am running into a problem because when trying to enter as an agent I get a synchronization error in the reports part. that the asterisk time does not advance if I manually run the AST_update.pl script I do not see errors and it stays running so I can log in as an agent, but I think that should automatically run on a screen. Any ideas?

1. Find Server timezone is correct?
2. Asterisk version in Server settings
3. Did you update correct IP?
4. After updating IP run perl install pl once.
