Hi Team,
I installed new Vicibox Server on my office space for my call center agents.
After installation, and logging into Agent Scree, it says Time Sync Error, tried all methods but nothing works, reached here for help from the experts.
FYI, I use a single server for webserver, DB server and all others.
My Version:
ViciBox:8.1.2
VERSION: 2.14-692a
BUILD: 180927-0018

Got the solution, it was my DNS server settings the problem and I was unable to ping outside the network
