Good afternoon, excuse me, you know why the agents of my campaigns at the time of having a call or at the end of it do not see the data of the form but what it says MY IP it takes too long to answer?


I've been checking but can't find the problem.

this is a form you created custom fields on, for a list? or an external form youre trying to load?

and the form shows up on the list? when created right you should see the form similar to how you created it, here is an example:

If it is seen, only that at times it shows well and sometimes not, when the call is ended the records of the last call are no longer seen or during a call they are not seen

whats the hardware specs for the server? how many agents on it? are you using AMD as well as the recording? and whats the ratio set at? how many lines are you calling out on when it happens? My guess is its due to server load too high for the server to handle everything. Perhaps add another system and form a cluster to separate the web server from the db, you can put the dialer on either or, or both and load balance the calls

At one point I share the data but the strange thing is that it does not happen in all the agents and so far I do not know what causes it and as an overload I do not think it is :(

It only happened in predictive agents but apparently it has already been solved, thanks
