Call recording

Hello team,

Excuse a question, do you happen to know if it is possible to record calls from a vicidial extension? So far I know that it can be done from campaigns or DIDs but I want to know if in some way from an extension registered in a softphone I can also do it

Yes, that is the reason that the agi-NVA_recording.agi script was created:
