Hi everybody,

I 'm a beginner and I try to resolve my issue with my installation.

I configure my vicidial server (192.168.88.YY) first connected to internet and after making packages updating, I change the ip address of my server. Then I connect my vicidial eth port to the ISP provider router which provide SIP trunk (10.51.50.XXX) in peer without internet. To reach my ISP trunk, I added another router and done a static route.
So we can ping internet

My carrier is registred by IP authentification (OK) in vicidial. Got help of A friendly vicidial forum member who told me to put Server IP => 0.0.0.0 (all servers)
in my carrier settings and not the ip address of my vicidial server (192.168.88.YY).

But make calls failed. That I can see the server try to do a name resolution of my carrier?!

iS it impossible to run vicidial server (make calls) without routing to internet even if the carrier is registered?

yes you can dial
but your problem seems to be dialplan not matching the sip trunk name

can you post output of below command from the asterisk cli

dialplan show 914647948770@default

also post your sip settings.

Il will specify that the trunk sip is by IP authentification. And the dialplan must permit to call all destinations in the world.

I do that but may I do a asterisk or vicidial command line before trying to make a new call?

Because when I try make a new call after change the account entry to [MTN] and click on submit, I have the same issue :

Ok now I can hear the ringing in the softphone when I make a call. The number I try to call is +2250749286111 but my brother does not receive any call.

seems the number you dialled is wrong. or itneed country code .

as you can seee number dialed with 1 shows rining signal
