Question on Call Count

Hi.
Is there some settings on the Campaign or on Vicidial where we can do the following.
1 Limit Max Call Count for like NAs or ABs disposition.
Basically we want to limit to Max Call Count to 3 for theses dispositions.
2 How can we do settings for the campaign to redial certain Area Codes in a day.
3 How can we limit to call customers to only 2 times a day.
On leads that are on Status/Disposition on Campaign that will redialed again.
