If the system detects an AA and send a voicemail, would the disposition/status change?
How do i know if that specific AA has been left a VM message?
Inputs are highly appreciated.

If you have it set to play a message, it would change the status. Here are the 3 statuses used:
AA - Answering Machine Auto - Dialer-defined Answering Machine
AM - Answering Machine Sent to Mesg - AMD(Answering Machine Detection) call sent to a message to be played
AL - Answering Machine Msg Played - AMD(Answering Machine Detection) call sent to a message and message has been played

Hi Matt, Thanks.
BTW -
AM -the message was not played on the customer side?
AL- the message was played on the customer side?
All of the 2 dispositions were SENT a voicemail file from us right?
Thanks!

AM means the message started playing but did not complete. AL means the message finished playing.

Thank you Matt.
If our dialer will automatically send Voicemail message and successfully sent, shouldn't we be seeing AA in there? All we will be seeing is either AM and/or AL right?
If we see AA disposition, meaning we didn't send a Voicemail message?
