Hi,
In some agents there is a difference in call recording count and call count at "User Stats" report. Importantly this mismatch occurs random agents. In somedays the voice clip count and the call count exactly the same.
Please help me to find the root cause.
VERSION: 2.14-750a
(I have only 2 months experience in VICIDIAL, Your help is highly appreciate)

Since recordings start after the call connects, it's likely that some immediate-disconnect calls will never have their recordings started. This is normal on a VICIdial system.
