Hello,
I have face one issue that getting call recording only for 60 min not more then that like if calls got for 1 hr 30 min but getting call recording only for 60 min in agent stats logs showing calls duration of that particular call is 5400 sec but recording file is only for 60 min
please do let me know if there any kind of call recording duration limit ?
if yes then how to increase it .

The maximum recording time is define in the Admin -> Servers -> Modify Server section under the "Recording Limit" setting for each server.
