Finally its here, thanks to Matt and the hard work of the guys at ViciDial we now have the capability to remove the water drop sound from the customer side of ViciDial. Here is the article I just wrote showing u how to do it.

Hello, this link is no longer working. Do you have anymore info on how to remove the water drop sound from the customers end? I would like it to remain on agent side still.

This is using ConfBridge instead of Meetme. It's not a simple change, and might require you to upgrade your entire server. Here is the documentation on how to get it working:
