How to prevent leads with specific source id being dialed or

Just want to ask if this is possible how to prevent leads with specific source id being dialed or routed to selected agents only on a predictive dialing campaign?

To prevent them from dialing you could use a Lead Filter. How many different source ids are there?

1 predictive campaign, multiple agents. We need specific leads to be routed only to specific agents.
