Hi!
I am using TRANSFER to call another company but when I do the transfer "DIAL WITH CUSTOMER" I get the company IVR and I cant reach the extension that I want. How can I dial the extension that I get when I do the transfer, where can I dial ?

DTMF doesnt work!!
To do that I must dial the extension directly from the softphone
Any ideas ?

Your carrier may not allow DTMF, a lot of carriers are doing it these days
