Hello, we've been using VICIDIAL as our dialer, and on Thursday, March 14, 2024, after adjusting the prefix in the campaign settings, our connect rate surged from 30% to 60%, which was a positive change. However, starting Monday, March 18, 2024, without any alterations to the campaign details, our connect rate dropped significantly, averaging around 20-25%. Moreover, we're encountering a concerning issue where we're receiving almost 2,000 dead-leads, miss-fed, or ghost calls per hour out of 3,000 contacts.
We tried everything, reverting back to the original dial prefix, changing the leads, reuploading the leads, switching the caller IDs, increasing the dial level, etc.
We're uncertain whether the problem lies with the Caller ID, the dialer settings, or the SIP provider. Any guidance or contacts you can provide to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
