Every Monday morning when we start , around 10:30 ongoing for next 1 hrs the system is having huge load.
When i htop, showing my.cnf ==user-mysql on high CPU use.

I couldn't find a answer to it.

Pls help

Have a look at replication and of course a poorly timed backup.

But also the Monday Morning Report person (whose activity may show in one of the admin or report logs)
