Outbound Dialer Voicemail Drops

Hey Guys,

I have a question on how to accomplish this, for an outbound campaign we currently have would there be a way to set it up to rotate the automatic voicemail messages it's dropping between multiple voicemail messages we upload that campaign?

you can set an override voicemail drop on each list

In addition to carpenox's reply: we've written scripts for some clients to store which message was played in a custom field (or even a custom table outside vicidial in some cases) and later runs of the script can check what's been left and leave "the next one" based on their business model or just never the same one twice.

But usually changing the message on the list daily does the trick if you dial through the entire list before resetting so you don't run out of VMs before you come back around to that individual client again.
