When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (11.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).
This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.
If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (EG: vSphere Version 6.X.X). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

4) Based on one of your other posts, it appears you may be using an upgraded database. Did the database upgrade complete without errors?
5) If your system is an upgrade: Probably a good idea to post the previous version and the steps you used for upgrade ("history" on the CLI to generate the steps taken).
6) It may be useful to know why you upgraded the system. From experience, this discussion is often enlightening.
7) Describe your process for "disabled all leads in the campaign".
I already reinstalled it by using the version 11 of vicidial. And then I started fron scratch again.

Vicidial (the call center software suite) does not have a "version 11". ViciBOX (the installer) is presently at 11.0.1 if I recall. But Vicibox (any version) CAN install any versionof ViciDIAL.
Knowing the "installer version" is useful because it implies the version of the OS, asterisk and other packages. But any version of Vicidial can be installed with (or upgraded/downgraded to) with any version of the installer.
I encountered an issue, but I fixed it by refreshing it.

So you did NOT NEED to upgrade? You just felt like upgrading?
I'm trying to find out what YOU did. Please type "history" at the CLI of your vicidial server and post the results here ... replace any passwords or IPs with *password* or *xx.xx.xx.xx*
Would I be correct in translating this to "Unchecked the active boxes next to each list in the campaign and hit submit"? Or was it something else that actually has a "Yes/No" option of some sort?
Vicidial Version is listed on almost every Admin web page on the bottom left corner.
After your "reinstall", did you import the old database? Or just leads using the lead importer?
Absolutely. But if your existing system are working smoothly, I'll refer you to "If it ain't broke ... don't fix it".
