non-agent api not working error: agent_user is not logged in

Hi

I am trying to call below api earlier it was working fine but now i am getting error: agent_user is not logged in, but i can see the agents logged in realtime report
What can be the issue, it seems the server has been compromised or someone has change some settings

Please post your installer method (since this is centos, it's not Vicibox ...) with a link to the intruction set you used if known.

Have you upgraded this system? (ever?) Did you import a database from a prior system into this one?

In your example "agent_user=TEST" you are certain that TEST was logged in and was paused? (you weren't looking at the apiadmin user by mistake?)
