after 4 months I have finished the VICIDIAL Manager Manual. It is available for download at:

The manager manual is targeted at Call Center managers and Administrators, and it goes over all administrative web page functions needed to run VICIDIAL. There are also several tutorials on setting up different types of campaigns.

I' need a vicidial Manager Manual , But It accesspt the US credit card through Paypal.I'm residing in India.Will it be possible to to accept the indian credit card or is there any other way to buy the manager manual.

Have you tried using paypal? Several people in foreign countries have been able to pay with foreign-based credit cards already and it works fine. Do you have a Visa or Mastercard?

Yes, we tried to Use the Paypal. But Paypal has only Credit card Option, which has set by eflo. Our Paypal is set for USA bank account not a USA credit card. We tried to set an Indian Credit card to Paypal, but its not talking.
Is there any way, we can set the eflo bank account option for Paypal, and then I can buy it using Paypal instant eCheck option.
