VICIDIAL 2.0.5 changes

I assume you are talking about SVN trunk since 2.0.5 has not been released yet. Really I have just been spending a lot of time working on bug fixes(and backporting bugs to the agc_2.0.4 SVN branch), but I have added the ability to change in-groups when paused(without having to log out) as well as starting work on adding an integrated QC application. There are a lot of little new things too like different lead-order options and the ability to kick-all channels from the conference when an agent logs out.
There are of course a lot of other things on the drawing board but I'm not sure what will be completed for the 2.0.5 release.
