oldest_call_finish on inbound campaign

I setup a campaign INBOUND with OLDEST_CALL_FINISH, but calls go every time to same user... I have 5 users logged in...
Why it can be happening???

Seeing some debug information would be helpful.
agiout, or perhaps the contents of vicidial_live_agents just prior to a call coming in.

i'm testing this also, with 2 agents logged and oldest_call_finish at INGROUP and INBOUND Campaign i've got 2 or 3 calls assigned to one agent, then 2 or 3 calls to the next agent.. if they logout and login the calls are assigned one by one, but after a while it goes again in blocks of 2-3 calls.
Tomorrow i'll post some output...
