Just about anything is possible given enough time and money
TAPI is just a socket app like many other APIs, I'm sure it is possible, but what exactly would you want integrated?

Lotus Notes specifically.. to do screen pops when to Lotus Notes ver 7 and up when a call is connected. As I would understand it, it would have to interface with Firefox considering thats where the callerid information is received "not at the softphone level".

I have done client-side integrations that did not involve Firefox before using sockets and the bak-end perl scripts of VICIDIAL. VICIDIAL can be set up to know the computer IP of the agent and then the socket is opened to the server and the information about the client is sent to the server and the server interfaces with the proprietary client app.

Excellent so what woult it take to get you to do Lotus Notes integation. I dont need a definate cost but a general idea, I'd like to get the VICI project involved in this deal..
