Simultaneous log in

Hi,

I have a quick question, is it possible to simultaneously log into 2 campaigns
(Inbound and Outbound)?

Basically what i want to have is the possibility of all the outbound calling agents to be called back while at the same time them being on outbound calls.

Usually the inbound outbound ratio is 10%-90%, but that 10% is extremely important. How is this issue generally resolved with Vicidial? Currently we have a different set-up for inbound calls that we would like to give up.

Yes you can do blended call handling in VICIDIAL, and in the SVN trunk codebase we now have queue/campaign priority so that you can give the inbound groups a higher priority to go to the agent than outbound calls if you wish.

What version of astGUIclient are you currently using?

We have VERSION: 2.0.95 is it possible in this version?

I think so but I'm not sure, that's a pretty old version. You should consider upgrading. There have been a lot of significant changes in recent releases.
