How feasible would it be to add an option to group several campaigns together so they can be activated and deactivated simultaneously without having to screen-hop?

It is certainly possible, and if it is a sponsored change or a patch is provided it can make it into both branch 2.0.4 and trunk in a couple days. Otherwise it will just go into the queue of requested features in the Issue Tracker and it would be done on a free-time basis, hopefully before the next release of the SVN trunk code.
