Hi all,
how can i upgrade 2.0.4 release from 2.0.4.1 rc4.
At this time i've got a server works correctly with a lot of data and i would like to put the new release without data losses or system crashes.
Simply run install.pl?
Thanks in advance

Yes, running install.pl should do the trick, no database changes since 2.0.4 release.

Hi Matt
Just for interest sake, when is the expected release date of 2.0.5 which includes the QC functionality?

There currently is no expected release date, the QC functionality has been held back because the client we are building that for has put other VICIDIAL projects as a higher priority for us. I hope to work on that later this month and then get 2.0.5 out some time in the next couple months.
We are also working on all sorts of extra inbound call handling features and reworking of the leave 3way functionality as well as a lot of other things.
As of right now, SVN trunk is fully functional and is in production at several companies.

Still need to talk to you about sending sales back to an agent within the QC functionality, but we can talk about it when QC is done because I understand that I will have to pay for the feature.
